Bust:

Measure under your arms at the fullest part of your chest.

Keep tape levelled.

 

Waist:

Measure around the narrowest part of your waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.

 

Hips:

Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

 

Inseam:

Measure from the top of your inner thigh down to the bottom of your ankle bone.
