Shipping fees

 The best shipping on all orders Worldwide! No minimum required. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Delivery times

Due to the impact of Covid-19, we are currently experiencing minor delays with our shipping carriers.

Please allow up to 2 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and sale days) to process your order.

Processing Time + Shipping Time = Delivery Time.

Shipping time from 1 business day up to 6 - 8 weeks.

App/Fpo and po boxes/u boxes

We currently do not ship to APO/FPO or PO Boxes.We do ship to University Boxes. Please

be sure to include the dorm or hall name

and street address with box number.

Change the delivery address

Unfortunately once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes. Please make sure to double check your shipping and billing information is correct before submitting your order.

Customs and import duties

Your order may be subject to customs and duties fees upon arrival. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays.

Return policy, only in Thailand

NOTE: All returns are refunded via store credit. 

We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment. We encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases, and of course feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling!

If your order was placed without registering or signing in to your Siamese.Shop account; you will view and apply your store credit.

We accept all returns postmarked within 2 days from when it was delivered.

Non-refundable items

Items not eligible for refund and will be denied:

  • Intimates, underwear, socks, tights, earrings, hair accessories, bodysuits and beauty products

  • Swimwear

  • All items marked "FINAL SALE"​

  • Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume, and/or stains

  • Shoes without the original box - the box must be free of damage, postage stickers or stamps

Siamese.Shop reserves the right to determine the eligibility for refunds and to update this Policy at any time without notice.

Must be sent (or postmarked) within 2 days of the original shipment date in order to be eligible.

If returning items from separate orders, combine them into one package and include packing slips for each order.

Not all packages are delivered in resealable bags due to the quantity of items and/or shipping method selected.

Siamese.Shop is not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed and credited. Refunds will be credited via store credit. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

Sorry, we do not currently offer exchanges.

Shipping FAQS

What if my package was lost or stolen?

Siamese.Shop is not liable for lost, stolen, tampered with, or carrier delayed packages.

​

What if my package was marked delivered but not received?

If you didn’t receive your package, please follow the steps below:

  • Verify the shipping address provided is correct. If the initial address provided was incorrect, your package will most likely be returned to our facility and processed as a Return To Sender.

  • Look around the delivery location for your package, as the order may have been left in an unusual location.

  • See if someone else accepted the delivery, such as a roommate or neighbor.

  • Check in with your local post office, as packages are often held there for pick up.

 

Siamese.Shop does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
